First-time bedding orders have a multiplier of 2. Just enter the number of beds you have (by size) and the form will automatically double the quantity to account for laundry service — one set in rotation, one spare. Replacement orders ship 1 set per bed.

Please include your 4-digit postcode and your state code (NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, or NT) so our fulfillment team can confirm the right suburb. Example: "123 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC, 3000". If an address is ambiguous or doesn't resolve cleanly, we'll email you to confirm before anything ships — no action required on your side.

Shipping to Australia typically takes 10–14 business days from the date of your order, depending on availability and courier capacity. You'll receive tracking numbers once the fulfillment team has packaged and shipped your items — typically within 1–2 business days of submitting your order.

Your unique affiliate link has a 30-day attribution window. When a guest uses your promo code, clicks your affiliate link, or scans your QR code, any sale originating from that customer over the next 30 days is attributed to you — no matter what they end up buying. The 10% guest discount is stackable with any promotion we have running on au.rest.com, so guests should always benefit from using your link, code, or QR — even during a site-wide sale.

It happens — some guests will go rogue and place an order without using your affiliate link, promo code, or QR. When that comes up, collect the guest's name and email for that order and send it to robert@rest.com. The Rest team will locate the transaction on our side and manually attribute it to your Inflektion account, so you still get credit for the sale.

We have a 45-day payout window — this accommodates our return policy so commissions are settled after any refund window has closed. Payouts are issued in AUD through the Inflektion platform. To receive your payouts, you must complete your payment and banking information inside your Inflektion account.
